Tim kindly accommodated my request and accepted my booking though he seemed to initially be unavailable as the website had showed slots when he was actually not available. It was pretty much like a private wine tasting so he completely customized it based which wines I liked best and brought out more similar ones. He also explained a lot about how the wires are made and grapes are grown in very simple terms that a layman could understand. He also took the effort to print out the wine list in English for me

We had a very nice wine tasting at the Paulinenhof today. A table and chairs were specially placed in the beautiful garden. Each wine and its location were explained to us. There was also cheese, pretzels, olives and water. Thank you very much. The wines are highly recommended.
