The architecture of Son Juliana is inspired by the surrounding lush countryside, emphasizing three key elements: production, location, and climate. The wine cellar, strategically positioned on the eastern side of the estate, benefits from ideal temperature conditions for fermentation and aging.

Vineyards Spanning Seven Hectares

Son Juliana Winery boasts seven hectares of vineyards that enjoy a favorable microclimate, thanks to their east-facing orientation. The estate cultivates a mix of international grape varieties, including Merlot, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Chardonnay, alongside indigenous grapes such as Prensal, Giró Ros, Moscatell, Manto Negro, and Callet. This diverse selection allows the winery to produce wines with distinct flavors and characteristics.

Innovative Practices and Stunning Architecture

The modern cellar at Son Juliana Winery employs cutting-edge technology for wine production, utilizing self-generated electricity from solar and wind energy to minimize environmental impact. For aging, the winery uses French and American oak barrels, enhancing the complexity of their wines. The underground cellar features Gabion stone walls, which effectively shield the wines from the intense summer heat.
